Responsibilities:
Manage a team of customer support representatives.
Oversee the entire customer service process.
Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly.
Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures.
Plan and facilitate training sessions to standardize service delivery.
Monitor individual and team performance.
Conduct quality assurance surveys with customers and provide feedback to the team.
Maintain comprehensive product knowledge to enhance customer support.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in any field.
1-3 years of experience in customer support.
Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
Proven ability to lead and manage a team.
Familiarity with CRM systems.
Proficient computer skills.
Knowledge of mediation and conflict resolution techniques is a plus.
