Job Requirements:
Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written.
* At least one year of working experience as a customer support associate
* Proficient computer skills.
* Knowledge of-international chat and voice processes.
* Excellent phone etiquette.
* Strong people skills.
* Open to any shift (rotational shifts).
* 3+ years of sales experience in any sales role.
* Proficiency in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel).
* Good time management skills to handle multiple tasks within a limited time frame.
* Proactive in taking on additional tasks and responsibilities.
* Punctual and able to work any shifts.
* Ability to get trained and work on client-provided software for the requested service.
Salary:
* Freshmen: 3 to 5 LPA
* Experienced: 5 to 7 LPA (with a hike of 7-10% on current CTC)
Working Days:
* 6 days a week
* Sunday off
