The ideal candidate will be responsible for gaining a deep understanding of the clients business objectives and challenges and creating strategic recommendations based off of this understanding. You will do so by building a strong relationship with our clients and analyzing our clients data. Essentially, you will act as the main point of contact for our clients.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for driving and achieving sales targets through the assigned agents by providing right solutions to the customers both on the field & tele-calling
- Relationship management-Managing the stakeholders as well as the assigned agents
- Acquisition of new agents through constant interaction with stakeholders
- Monitor closely the recruitment process and suggest remedial measures to avoid any leakages
- Ensure smooth transitioning of agents from stakeholder to SLIC and hand-holding of the recruits
- Team Management-Motivate the team and drive sales
- Hand-holding the team through Joint calls, demonstrations etc.
- Ensure right selling by all team members through regular training
- Ensure regular and accurate updates of data on the systems
Qualifications
- 6months - 3years of BPO
- Ability to manage multiple projects and clients
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Graduation+ Freshers can apply
- Undergraduate+ 6 Months of experience
- Communication skills (Extremely Good only)
- Candidates from PAN India can apply
- WFO for initial 2 months after that Permanent WFH
