Job Overview
We are looking for a Customer Support Executive (Travel Consultant) to join our team at GoFlySmart Holidays. As a Customer Support Executive, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and travel assistance to our clients. This is a full-time position based in Siliguri, West Bengal, India.
Qualifications and Skills
- 1 to 3 years of experience in customer support or travel consulting.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and regional language.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Good knowledge of travel booking systems and online travel platforms.
- Proficiency in using MS Office suite and other relevant software.
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with customers.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
- Flexibility to work in rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Assist customers with their travel inquiries and provide personalized recommendations.
- Handle booking and reservation requests for flights, hotels, and other travel-related services.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction by resolving any issues or complaints in a timely manner.
- Provide accurate and up-to-date information on travel itineraries, visa requirements, and travel regulations.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth and efficient customer service operations.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively address customer queries and promote our services.
- Stay updated on industry trends and new travel destinations to better assist customers in their travel planning.
- Meet individual and team targets for sales and customer satisfaction.
- Handle customers personal data and payment information with confidentiality and accuracy.
- Assist in handling emergencies and provide necessary support to customers during travel disruptions.
