Job Description

  • Support & provide customer service via phone calls & chats.

  • Effectively dealing with customers & identify and assessing customers needs to achieve satisfaction

  • Taking care of after-sales services

  • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication

  • Answer calls professionally to provide information about products and services, take/ cancel orders, or obtain details of complaints.

  • Keep records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions are taken.

  • Refer unresolved customer grievances or special requests to designated departments for further investigation.

  • Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (Preferred)

Experience:
