We are seeking a skilled Customer Support Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have 1-5 years of experience in customer service and must be able to handle inquiries, complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner. The candidate should be able to work under pressure and deliver exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Provide customer support via phone, email and live chat
  • Resolve customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department for resolution
  • Update customer records and maintain customer databases
  • Provide customers with product information and pricing details
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction and resolve any outstanding issues

Skills and Qualifications

  • 1-5 years of experience in customer service or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle high-pressure situations
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Familiarity with CRM software and customer support tools
  • Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively
  • Fluency in English and one or more regional languages
