Responsibilities
- Provide customer support via phone, email and live chat
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department for resolution
- Update customer records and maintain customer databases
- Provide customers with product information and pricing details
- Follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction and resolve any outstanding issues
Skills and Qualifications
