Customer Support Executive

As a Customer Support Executive, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, ensuring they receive timely assistance and support with their inquiries and concerns. You will play a crucial role in maintaining customer satisfaction and loyalty through exceptional service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Interaction: Interact with customers via phone, email, chat, or in-person to provide information in response to inquiries about products and services and to handle and resolve complaints.

Problem Resolution: Investigate and resolve customer issues promptly and effectively, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
