Description
We are looking for a Customer Support Executive who will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, complaints, and providing solutions to their issues. The ideal candidate must possess excellent communication skills, be able to multitask, and maintain a positive attitude while dealing with customers. This is a full-time position based in India and is open to candidates with 0-4 years of experience in customer support.
Responsibilities
- Managing customer inquiries through email, phone, and chat
- Providing solutions to customer issues and complaints in a timely manner

- Updating customer records and information in the database
- Collaborating with other teams to resolve customer issues

Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any field
- 0-4 years of experience in customer support or related field
- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (both written and verbal)
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility to work in different shifts including weekends and holidays, if required
