Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Customer Support Executive to join our team at Buildout Retail Pvt Ltd. This is a full-time, mid-level position located in New Delhi. The ideal candidate will have up to 6 years of work experience and possess the skills necessary to provide excellent customer service and support.

Qualifications And Skills

  • Excellent communication skills (Mandatory skill) with the ability to convey information clearly and effectively.

Roles And Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries through various channels including phone, email, and chat.
  • Provide detailed information about product features, benefits, and care instructions.
  • Identify and assess customers needs to achieve satisfaction and offer personalized solutions.
  • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits.
  • Follow up to ensure resolution of issues and maintain customer records of interactions.
  • Collaborate with other departments to address and resolve complex customer issues.
  • Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents accurately.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge to offer informed advice to customers.
  • Knowledge of Excel.
