Job Description: Domestic Voice Process Agent (phonepe)
Key Responsibilities:
* Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist customers with their queries, complaints, or requests in a professional and polite manner.
* Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies to customers.
* Resolve customer issues efficiently, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
* Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and actions taken.
* Follow communication scripts and standard operating procedures to handle different types of calls.
* Escalate complex issues to supervisors or higher management as needed.
* Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets and adhere to quality guidelines set by the company.
* Participate in team meetings and training sessions to improve performance and knowledge.
Qualifications and Skills:
* Graduate and Undergraduate both can apply.
* Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English.
* Good listening skills and the ability to empathize with customers.
* Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM software.
* Ability to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
* Strong problem-solving skills and a positive attitude.
Experience:
* Freshers or candidates with prior experience in a call center or customer service role are welcome.
* Salary upto 30k CTC
* 6 DAYS WORKING
* 24*7 Shift(Rotational for boys/Day for girls)
