- Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner
- Providing accurate information about our products, services, and policies to customers
- Assisting customers in placing orders, tracking shipments, and resolving any issues or complaints
- Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction by ensuring excellent service delivery
- Collaborating with other teams to address customer concerns and improve overall customer experience
- Identifying and escalating priority issues to the appropriate department for resolution
- Keeping accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Updating customer information in the company database
- Staying up-to-date with product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers
