We are looking for a Customer Support Executive to join our team at Akshar School Solutions Private Limited. As a Customer Support Executive, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to our clients. Qualifications And Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in any field
  • 1-3 years of experience in customer support or a related role
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Empathy and a friendly demeanor
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong computer skills and familiarity with customer support software
  • Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with others
  • Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays
  • Knowledge of school supplies or the education industry is a plus

Roles And Responsibilities

  • Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner
  • Providing accurate information about our products, services, and policies to customers
  • Assisting customers in placing orders, tracking shipments, and resolving any issues or complaints
  • Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction by ensuring excellent service delivery
  • Collaborating with other teams to address customer concerns and improve overall customer experience
  • Identifying and escalating priority issues to the appropriate department for resolution
  • Keeping accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
  • Updating customer information in the company database
  • Staying up-to-date with product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers
  • Achieving key performance indicators (KPIs) and targets related to customer support
