Job Description

  • Maintaining customers focus on all times and answering to customer s enquiries using the standard guidelines
  • Taking ownership of complaints and queries and proactively following through to resolution with internal escalation, where required
  • Maintaining records through ERP of all transactions and interactions made with customers
  • Perform various customer service activities, including upselling and handling new existing accounts
  • Act as a liaison between clients and operations other departments to ensure efficient service levels are delivered to the clients
  • To check raise invoices as per company objectives and ensure the same is delivered within the delivery deadlines agreed
  • Assisting management and Team Manager with any assigned special projects and providing backup to the team manager when required
  • Liaison with Shipping Lines and NVOCCs for obtaining Freight Rates on a timely basis
  • Preparation of Quotes in a timely manner to ensure good speed of response
  • Handling of all Shipping Documents to ensure smooth clearances and movement of cargo
  • Liaison with CHAs for hassle-free Customs Clearance of Import and Export cargo
