Customer Support Executive

Description

We are looking for a Customer Support Executive to provide excellent customer service and support to our clients. The ideal candidate should have 0-1 years of experience in customer support and possess excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Responding promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat
• Providing accurate, valid, and complete information to customers
• Handling customer complaints, providing appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits
• Following up on customer interactions and ensuring customer satisfaction
• Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints
• Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary
• Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process
• Identifying and assessing customers needs to achieve satisfaction
• Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times

• Customer-oriented and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
• Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
