Primary Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming calls and address escalated issues from clients.
Act as a liaison between sellers and shipment executives.- Manage and resolve conflicts with upset clients by providing satisfactory solutions.
Follow up with shipping services to ensure timely deliveries.
- Maintain and organize client data.
Develop effective communication channels between sellers and courier services.- Monitor and assess client satisfaction levels.
Handle client requests and troubleshoot problems effectively.
Requirements:
- Graduate in any field with 0-1 year experience
Experience in customer service or similar roles preferred.- Comfortable handling 80-100 calls daily.
Strong coordination and time management skills.
- Ability to innovate solutions and manage irritate customers.
Fluent in English communication. Eagerness to learn new techniques to enhance client success.
- Capable of working well under pressure.
