Customer Support Executive @ Mumbai

Looking for candidates with min of 6months to 1 yr of experience into Voice process with excellent communication skills in English.

Work Location : Anderi East, Mumbai

Work mode : Work from Office

Preferred candidate profile :

1. Excellent communication skill, Versant level 5 must.
2. Graduate with minimum 6 month of work experience in customer service only, preferably inbound services. (Customer service / Hospitality / international calling experience / Telecom / D2H / Calling / Tele caller)
3. Typing Test 25-30 WPM with 85% accuracy
4. Working window 24x7 (Male) 7am to 9pm (females).
5. Salary : Graduate ( 6-11 months work exp ) 3.20 lacs, Graduate ( 12 month plus work exp ) - 3.25 3.50 Lacs.
6. Six days Working & 1 rotational week-off, 9 hours shift.
