We are looking for a Customer Service Executive who has a willingness to contribute his/her expertise in bringing a revolution in the intellectual ability of the coming generations.

Key Responsibility Area:
Explaining the parents about the Products.
Clear doubts or queries raised.
Make sure the child is responding positively to the products.
Build Sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.
Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the rights methods.
Keep records of customer interactions and process customer accounts.
Ability to multi-tasks, prioritize and manage time effectively.
Requirements:
Good Listening Skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with parents on an emotional level.
Preferences given to candidate who can speak Tamil, Telugu, or Kannada effectively communicate with parents and create a more personalized experience.
Empathy and patience in handling sensitive situations and conversations.
