Open Position: Customer care executive

Job Role:

As a Customer Support Representative, you will be responsible for managing all customer interactions across channels. Provide accurate and complete information to customers using the right tools and methods.

Job Description:

Provide superior Customer Experience on Chat/Email/Call.

Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools

Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times

Collaborate with team members, and customer service teams to ensure a superior customer experience.

Follow the companys communication procedures, policies, and guidelines at all times

Deliver excellent results measured by customer satisfaction, effectiveness, efficiency, and quality.

Minimum Qualifications & Requirements:

12th pass can apply

Freshers are also considered

Good Communication Required .

Rotational shifts .

Day shift : 9am to 6pm OR 10am to 7pm

Night shift : 5pm to 2am OR 6pm to 3am .

6 days working 1 week off .

Drop facility available for night to : Bali station , Howrah station , Bairakpur station and Ruby station .

Salary: INR (per month)

11 ctc to 13k ctc

Working mode: Work from Office

Location: kolkata west bengal

Swastik building-2nd floor, Kazi Nazrul Islam Avenue, Kestopur - Baguiati Flyover, near Charnock Hospital Haldirams, Kolkata, West Bengal 700157
