We are looking for a Customer Support Executive to join our team and provide exceptional support to our clients. The ideal candidate should have 0-5 years of experience in customer service or a related field. The candidate should be passionate about helping customers and able to resolve their issues in a timely and efficient manner.

Responsibilities

  • Responding to customer queries and providing information about our products and services
  • Assisting customers in placing orders and resolving order-related issues
  • Handling customer complaints and ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date customer records
  • Collaborating with other teams to resolve complex customer issues

Skills and Qualifications

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Experience using customer support software such as ZenDesk or FreshDesk
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • Bachelor's degree in any field
