Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated Customer Support Representative to join our growing team. In this role, you will interact directly with customers to address questions and resolve issues regarding our products or services. Responsibilities:
Respond promptly to customer inquiries through various channels Acknowledge and resolve customer complaints.
Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
Identify and escalate priority issues per company guidelines.
Document customer interactions and transactions.
Develop a comprehensive understanding of our products and services to effectively assist customers.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely resolution of customer issues.
Strive to achieve first-call resolution and maintain performance metrics.
