We are looking for a Customer Support Executive to join our team and provide excellent customer service to our clients. The ideal candidate should have 0-4 years of experience in the job market context of India and possess strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

  • Resolving customer queries and complaints via phone, email, or chat
  • Assisting customers with product information and technical support
  • Escalating complex customer issues to the appropriate department
  • Maintaining customer records and updating information in the CRM system
  • Identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance the customer experience
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and improve service delivery

Skills and Qualifications
