We are looking for a Customer Support Executive to join our team and provide excellent customer service to our clients. The ideal candidate should have 0-4 years of experience in the job market context of India and possess strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities
- Resolving customer queries and complaints via phone, email, or chat
- Assisting customers with product information and technical support
- Escalating complex customer issues to the appropriate department
- Maintaining customer records and updating information in the CRM system
- Identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance the customer experience
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and improve service delivery
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline
- 0-4 years of experience in customer support or related field
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and MS Office applications
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
