Description
We are seeking a Customer Support Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 0-4 years of experience in customer support and should possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills. The candidate should be able to work in a fast-paced environment and be able to handle customer queries and complaints effectively.
Responsibilities
- Resolve customer queries and complaints via email, chat or phone
- Provide accurate and timely information to customers
- Ensure customer satisfaction by providing excellent customer service
- Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate team
- Maintain customer records and update customer information in the database
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any field
- 0-4 years of experience in customer support
- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (additional regional language is a plus)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with customer service software, databases, and tools
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Attention to detail and accuracy
