Description
We are seeking a Customer Support Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate must have 0-4 years of experience in customer service roles. The candidate must be able to communicate effectively with customers and provide excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction. This is a full-time position located in India.
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner
- Assist customers with product and service-related issues
- Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues as needed
- Document customer interactions and provide feedback to the appropriate teams
- Follow up with customers to ensure their issues have been resolved
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude towards customers at all times
- Meet and exceed customer service targets and goals
Skills and Qualifications
- 0-4 years of experience in customer service roles
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in MS Office and customer service software
- Bachelor's degree in any field
