Description

We are seeking a Customer Support Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate must have 0-4 years of experience in customer service roles. The candidate must be able to communicate effectively with customers and provide excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction. This is a full-time position located in India.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner
  • Assist customers with product and service-related issues
  • Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues as needed
  • Document customer interactions and provide feedback to the appropriate teams
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their issues have been resolved
  • Maintain a positive and professional attitude towards customers at all times
  • Meet and exceed customer service targets and goals

Skills and Qualifications

  • 0-4 years of experience in customer service roles
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in MS Office and customer service software
  • Bachelor's degree in any field
