We are seeking a Customer Support Executive and Technical support executive role to join our team. The ideal candidate should be able to provide excellent customer service by answering customer inquiries, resolving problems, and maintaining customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Answering customer inquiries via phone, email, and social media platforms
- Resolving customer problems by clarifying issues, investigating and exploring answers and alternative solutions, implementing solutions, and escalating unresolved problems
- Maintaining customer satisfaction by following up with customers and ensuring their needs are met
- Gathering customer feedback and providing insights to the management team
- Collaborating with other team members to ensure the best customer experience
- Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any field
