Job Description

We are seeking a driven Senior Customer Support professional to join our team located in

Paradise, Secunderabad. This mid-level, full-time position requires between 4 to 6 years of work

experience. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction by

addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining positive client relationships.

Qualifications and Skills

Problem-solving abilities (Mandatory skill) to effectively address customer issues and provide

practical solutions.

Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in communication and service delivery to our clients.
