We are seeking a Customer Service Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have 0-4 years of experience in a similar role. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction. This is a full-time position based in India.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients via telephone, email, and chat
- Resolve customer complaints and inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction
- Upsell products and services to customers as appropriate
- Identify and escalate issues to management as needed
- Meet and exceed customer service performance metrics
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline
- 0-4 years of experience in a customer service role
- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software is a plus
