Position: Customer Support Executive

Location: Banashankari

Job Type: Full-time

Shift: Day shift

Salary: 17,500 CTC

Experience Level: Fresher

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound/outbound voice calls in Hindi.
  • Resolve customer queries and provide product/service information.
  • Maintain professionalism and empathy during customer interactions.

Requirements:
