Job Title:Customer Support Executive (Male/Female)
Job Location:Gurgaon (Onsite)
Shift:24/7 Rotational Shift (6 Days Working )

Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer queries through various communication channels.
- Provide support for North American customers, ensuring timely and accurate resolution.
- Work effectively in a 24/7 rotational shift environment.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues.
- Maintain customer satisfaction and high service quality standards.
Key Skills & Requirements:
- Languages:Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi, plus fluency in one of the following languages: Spanish, French, German, or Dutch.
- Qualification:Bachelor's degree (mandatory).
- Experience:Minimum of 2+ years as a customer service agent for North American clients.
- Must be capable of handling customer queries professionally and efficiently.
