We are seeking a Customer Support Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in customer support in India and a strong desire to help customers succeed. As a Customer Support Executive, you will be the voice of our company, responsible for ensuring customers have a positive experience with our products and services.

Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer service to customers via phone, email, and chat
  • Resolve customer issues in a timely and efficient manner
  • Document customer interactions and keep accurate records
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Identify and escalate issues to the appropriate teams when necessary
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers

Skills and Qualifications

  • 2-3 years of experience in customer support
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi language
  • Ability to handle customer complaints with empathy and professionalism
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Experience using customer support software and tools
  • Ability to work well in a team environment
  • Bachelor's degree in any field
