Responsibilities: Inbound Calls II Customer Service II Problem Solving
Manage incoming calls and customer service inquiries
Provide information about products and services and record details of complaints
Keep records of customer interactions and transactions, details of enquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken
Follow up to ensure that appropriate actions are taken on customer requests
Refer unresolved customer grievances or special requests to designated departments for further investigation
Qualification: Graduate
Experience: 1 Yr in BPO is Must
Language required: English+ Hindi only
Salary range : 3 LPA- 3.5 LPA
Shift: Rotational shift
