Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Customer Support Executive for SME/MSME Business at PRADHAN FINSERV. You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) and micro, small, and medium-sized enterprises (MSMEs). You will handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide product and service information. This role is located in Pune, with flexibility for some remote work.
