Job Overview:

We are looking for a dedicated and proactive Customer Support Executive to join our energetic team. In this role, you will be pivotal in ensuring vigilant security monitoring and swift incident responses. Your responsibilities will include overseeing surveillance systems, monitoring live feeds, and promptly addressing any security threats or breaches. The perfect candidate will have strong English communication skills, a positive attitude, meticulous attention to detail, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service, coupled with excellent leadership abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitoring live CCTV feeds from multiple client sites concurrently.
• Identifying and evaluating security threats or suspicious activities.
• Responding promptly to alarms, alerts, and notifications.
• Coordinating with on-site security personnel and emergency responders as required.
• Documenting security incidents comprehensively, including detailed logs and reports.
• Adhering strictly to standard operating procedures (SOPs) and security protocols.
• Maintaining effective communication with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth operations of the monitoring center.
• Conducting regular equipment checks and promptly reporting any technical issues.
• Handling sensitive information confidentially and with discretion.
• Participating in training sessions and skill development programs to enhance monitoring capabilities.
• Collaborating with internal teams and law enforcement authorities to assist in investigations and evidence gathering as needed.

Requirements:

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make swift and accurate decisions under pressure.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to collaborate with cross-functional teams effectively.

Ability to work rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

High level of integrity, professionalism, and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 28,000.00 - 35,000.00 per month
