Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Support Executive at Leading BPO located in Gurgaon. The Customer Support Executive will be responsible for providing customer support, ensuring customer satisfaction, providing online support, and delivering excellent customer service. The role may also involve providing technical support as needed.

  • Experience in providing online support
  • Technical support knowledge and experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to handle customer queries and resolve issues effectively
  • Good problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
  • Experience in the HR industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
