Position: Customer Support Executive
- Location: Gurugram, Haryana 122016
- Shift: 24/7, Majority Night Shift as per US hours / 5 Days working
- Facility: Cab Services are available / 1 time Meal for candidates
- Handling customer queries regarding the electric vehicle process for the US market.
- Providing excellent customer support through verbal and written communication in B2 or C1 US English.
- Typing speed of 35 WPM with 90% accuracy.
- Ensuring customer satisfaction by resolving issues promptly and professionally.
- Utilizing experience in BPO, particularly in an international process, to effectively address customer needs.
- Welcoming both experienced candidates with BPO background and freshers, offering training and support as needed.
- Qualifications:
Graduation degree.- Experience in BPO preferred, particularly in an international process. However, freshers with a strong skillset are also encouraged to apply.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: 25,000.00 - 29,000.00 per month
