Job Title: Customer Support Executive
- Shift: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM IST, 6 Days working

- Arabic Language: 64,600 CTC
Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally via phone, email, and chat.
- Provide accurate information about our products, services, and processes in the respective language.
Assist customers with troubleshooting, complaints, and issue resolution.- Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent service delivery.
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Stay updated on industry trends and company policies.
Excellent communication skills in B2 level US English.
- Proficiency in Russian or Arabic languages.
Typing speed: 35 WPM, 90% accuracy.- Graduation degree from any field preferred.
Experience in BPO, particularly in an international process, is preferred.
