Roles & Responsibilities:
- We are looking for someone to review chat and incoming inquiries to support our service team on evenings and weekends.
- The ideal candidate is someone who has 1-3 years of experience in International Voice process. Advantage if worked on sales lead conversion process.
- Candidate should be excellent in English communication(Written & Verbal) and good with MS Office.
- The candidate will need to gain comfort with our web port to look up customer information and provide updates on progress.
- Regular communications with team through slack and track the follow-ups to customer satisfaction.
- Comfortable working on festival holidays & in rotational shift, specifically in night shift.
Prefered Candidate:
- Bachelor's degree is a must.
- Minimum 1 year experience on International Voice process (Sales support)
- Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
- Sound knowledge of MS Office.
- Must be comfortable with night shifts.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: 15,000.00 - 35,000.00 per month
