This is a 100% on-site role based at our office in HSR layout, Bangalore.
There will be a 2 month probation period
Manage Whatsapp customer support- Address customer concerns and resolve them
Escalate customer concerns to the right internal team, raise tickets, track & close them
1 yr experience in customer support role (or) recent graduates with very good communication skills in English and Hindi.
