Superfone is India's 1st Business Phone Number built to help SMBs manage their customer interactions better and grow their business. Apart from enabling communication, Superfone aims to enable the business growth of SMBs by providing integrated business software via the phone platform.

This is a 100% on-site role based at our office in HSR layout, Bangalore.
  • Starting salary: 3 LPA
There will be a 2 month probation period
  • Responsibilities
Manage Whatsapp customer support
  • Address customer concerns and resolve them
Escalate customer concerns to the right internal team, raise tickets, track & close them
  • Qualifications
1 yr experience in customer support role (or) recent graduates with very good communication skills in English and Hindi.

Pay: 11,
  • 47 - 28,648.01 per month
