We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Customer Support Executive to join our team who is willing to work in a night shift. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two year of experience in client handling, along with proficiency in software applications. This role requires excellent communication skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to effectively address client inquiries and concerns.
Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and providing timely resolutions.
- Collaborate with the technical support team to troubleshoot and resolve software-related issues.
Assist clients in navigating our software applications, providing guidance and support as needed.- Provide product demonstrations and training sessions to clients to enhance their understanding and usage of our software solutions.
Gather feedback from clients to relay to the associated departments
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to better serve our clients and maintain a competitive edge.
Willingness to work in a night shift
- Minimum of two years of experience in a client-facing role, preferably in a software or technology-related field.
Proficiency in using software applications and troubleshooting technical issues.- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate complex ideas in a clear and concise manner.
Energetic and proactive approach to problem-solving, with the ability to think on your feet and adapt to changing situations.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish positive relationships with clients.
Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team environment.- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred
