Customer Support Specialist responsibilities include resolving customer queries, recommending solutions and guiding product users through features and functionalities. To be successful in this role, you should be an excellent communicator who's able to earn our clients trust. You should also be familiar with help desk software.
Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, via phone, email or chat
Answering incoming calls, emails, and chats from customers and resolving their issues or inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
Providing information about our products, services, features, pricing, and policies to customers and potential customers.
Escalating complex or technical issues to the appropriate department or supervisor for further assistance.
Following up with customers to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.
Documenting customer interactions and feedback in our Omni channel system and generating reports as needed.
Assist in training junior Customer Support Representatives
Excellent communication, listening, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in languages English, Hindi any other language is a plus.
A positive, friendly, and empathetic attitude towards customers and colleagues.
