Job Description

Job Title: Customer Support Executive

Location: Thane West, Majiwada

Qualification:

- Minimum: 12th Pass

- Preferred: Graduate

Salary: 14,500 in-hand + Unlimited Incentives

Shift Time: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM

Working Days: Monday to Saturday (Sunday Fixed Off)

Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Support Executive at IDFC Personal Loans, located in Thane West, Majiwada. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, providing product information, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner.

- Provide accurate information about personal loan products and services.

- Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively and efficiently.

- Assist customers with the loan application process and guide them through the necessary steps.

- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.

- Collaborate with team members to achieve department goals and improve customer service processes.

- Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional products and services.

- Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures while interacting with customers.

Skills and Competencies:

- Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and regional languages.

- Strong problem-solving abilities with a focus on customer satisfaction.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Basic computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.

- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
