Job Description

Job Title: Customer Support Executive (International Blended Process)

Location: Sitapura, Jaipur

Salary: INR 20,000 to 23,000 CTC per month

Shift: Night Shift (05:30 PM to 02:30 AM)

Process: International Blended Process (Voice and Chat)

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service via both voice and chat channels.
Handle inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Communicate effectively and professionally with customers, utilizing excellent English fluency.
Collaborate with team members to maintain high-quality service standards.
  • Accurately document customer interactions and details for future reference.

Requirements:
  • Minimum 6 months of experience in customer support.
Excellent English fluency, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to adapt to a dynamic work environment.
Strong problem-solving skills and customer-oriented mindset.
  • Willingness to work in night shifts.
