Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and organized Accountability partner to join our team. This role is integral in managing community interactions, supporting our fitness clients and trainers, and ensuring smooth operations through data management and scheduling. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fitness, excellent communication skills, and a knack for managing schedules and data effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

Community Engagement:


Respond to all messages and inquiries in the community promptly and professionally.

Foster a positive and supportive environment by engaging with community members and addressing their questions or concerns.

Fitness Knowledge:


Utilize your knowledge of fitness to provide accurate information and support to clients and trainers.

Assist with fitness-related inquiries and guide community members based on your expertise.

Scheduling and Coordination:


Schedule weekly and monthly sessions for trainers and clients, ensuring optimal time slots and effective utilization of resources.

Coordinate with trainers and clients to confirm appointments and handle any rescheduling or adjustments.

Back-End Text Support:

Provide back-end text support to handle client and trainer communications, including reminders, follow-ups, and additional support as needed.

Ensure that all text communications are clear, professional, and aligned with company policies.

Data Collection and Management:


Collect and maintain accurate data on clients, including session history, preferences, and feedback.

Update and manage Excel spreadsheets and other data management tools to ensure up-to-date records and facilitate reporting.

Follow-Ups and Reporting:

Conduct follow-ups with clients and trainers to gather feedback, address any issues, and ensure satisfaction.

Update and manage Excel sheets and other documentation to track progress, manage schedules, and support operational needs.

  • Diploma (Preferred)

Experience:
  • Taxation: 1 year (Preferred)
