Job Description

We are looking for Customer Support Executive (One position) for our Bangalore Office

Candidates who have around 3 years of experience Preferred

Educational Qualification UG/PG

Resident of Bangalore will be preferred.

The candidates who have experience in construction industry will be preferred. Candidate from BPO background need not apply

The role

  • To assist Customer Relationship Manager to achieve maintenance contract (MC) targets.

  • To prepare the MC document and to submit to customers with necessary approvals

  • To maintain the necessary registers and records pertaining to Service department

  • To be part of post service audit team by visiting the site.

  • Documentation & follow up of MC

  • Payment follow up with clients

  • Other roles assigned as and when assigned

    Job Type: Full-time

    Pay: 22,000.00 - 25,000.00 per month
