Job Title: Customer Support Executive

About The Role
We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused
Customer Support Executive to manage and resolve customer queries, ensuring seamless communication and coordination with internal teams. The ideal candidate will have excellent problem-solving skills, the ability to handle customer concerns efficiently, and experience in managing end-to-end customer service processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for existing customers, addressing queries and providing timely solutions.
- Coordinate with internal teams, including production, logistics, and sales, to resolve product delivery issues or delays.
- Monitor and track customer orders to ensure on-time and accurate delivery.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, inquiries, and resolutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.
- Analyze and escalate unresolved issues to higher management when necessary.
- Provide feedback and suggestions to improve processes and enhance customer experiences.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in customer service, account management, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Problem-solving attitude with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Bachelor's degree in any field is preferred.
- Knowledge of manufacturing or industrial processes is an added advantage.
