Job descriptionOur Customer Experience Executive play a crucial part in the mission to deliver timely, accurate and professional customer service to all our customers. In a fun and fast-paced environment, this position requires Call, Email and Chat communication with customers.
- Provide help and advice to customers using DrinkPrime's protocols or services;
- Communicate courteously with customers;
- Handle customer complaints/inquiries or requests;
- Keep accurate records of discussions or correspondence with customers;
- Work across different teams (Sales, operations, delivery, finance, etc) for effective and fast issue resolution;
- Finding ways to measure customer satisfaction and improve services.
- What we need in you..
- Experience in working on ticketing tools like - Freshdesk, Zendesk, etc.
- Experienced in Calls & Emails
- Good to have chat experience (Optional)
- Excellent English communication skills
- Strong sense of customer empathy
- Creativity and a good sense of humour will be an added advantage
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: 250,000.00 - 350,000.00 per year
