Job Description

Position: Customer Support Executive
  • Location: Gurugram, Haryana 122016
  • Salary: 29000 CTC
  • Shift: 24/7, Majority Night Shift as per US hours / 5 Days working
  • Facility: Cab Services are available / 1 time Meal for candidates
  • Responsibilities:

  • Handling customer queries regarding the electric vehicle process for the US market.

  • Providing excellent customer support through verbal and written communication in B2 or C1 US English.

  • Typing speed of 35 WPM with 90% accuracy.

  • Ensuring customer satisfaction by resolving issues promptly and professionally.

  • Utilizing experience in BPO, particularly in an international process, to effectively address customer needs.

  • Welcoming both experienced candidates with BPO background and freshers, offering training and support as needed.
  • Qualifications:
Graduation degree.
  • Experience in BPO preferred, particularly in an international process. However, freshers with a strong skillset are also encouraged to apply.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: 25,000.00 - 29,000.00 per month
