KRA & Job Responsibilities:We are seeking a passionate and driven Immigration Consultant to join our team and help individuals achieve their dream of living and working in a new . You will be responsible for consulting with prospective clients, providing expert guidance on their immigration options, and ensuring a smooth and successful application process. You will play a key role in driving sales and building strong relationships with our clients.
Conduct initial consultations with prospective clients to understand their immigration goals, eligibility, and preferred destinations.
Invite qualified leads to the office for in-depth consultations, providing them with clear and accurate information on various immigration programs and pathways.
Address client concerns and answer all questions comprehensively, ensuring they feel confident and informed about the immigration process.
Stay up-to-date on the latest immigration laws, regulations, and policies for different countries.
Analyze client profiles and recommend the most suitable immigration programs based on their individual circumstances and qualifications.
Prepare comprehensive immigration plans and timelines, outlining the application process, required documents, and potential challenges.
- Sales & Client Relationship Management :
Deliver compelling sales presentations to prospective clients, effectively communicating the benefits of your services and addressing their concerns.
Negotiate terms and fees with clients and secure their enrollment in your company's immigration services.
Build strong relationships with clients, providing ongoing support and guidance throughout the application process.
Collaborate effectively with colleagues within the immigration team and other departments to ensure a seamless client experience.
Actively participate in team meetings and training sessions, sharing knowledge and contributing to team success.
Achieve set sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company.
Additional Responsibilities :
Maintain accurate records and client files.
Liaise with government agencies and other stakeholders as needed.
Participate in marketing and promotional activities to generate leads.
Continuously learn and stay updated on new immigration programs and trends.
- Qualifications & Skills :
Bachelor's degree .
In-depth knowledge of immigration laws and regulations for various countries.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Strong ability to build relationships and trust with clients.
Proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Fluency in English and additional languages preferred.
