Position : International Voice Process
Experience : 1+ Years(Voice/Semi Voice)

5 Days Working

• Rotational Shifts ( US Shifts )

2 Way Cab Facility

• Note :Offer and Relieving Letters are Mandatory

• Roles And Responsibilities:

• Issue management:

- Resolve simpler non-technical issues for consumers, partners, clients or internal stakeholders by addressing issues assigned to them through the ticketing systems using process specifications following operating procedures

- May be required to use judgement in defining solutions, adapt existing process and methods to craft alternate solutions, or escalate critical or more complex queries to the next level for resolution

• Query management:

- Accountable for closing customer inquiries regarding Google products/services, customer's accounts and provide additional clarifications as requested by customers

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 20,000.00 - 35,000.00 per month
