Description

We are seeking a Customer Support Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have 1-6 years of experience in customer support and should be able to provide exceptional customer service to our clients.

Responsibilities

  • Handle customer queries and complaints through various channels such as phone, email, chat, and social media.
  • Provide timely and accurate information to customers.
  • Assist customers with product information, pricing, and availability.
  • Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex customer issues.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by meeting or exceeding customer expectations.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and documentation.
  • Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate team members.
  • Provide feedback to the management team on customer issues and trends.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in any field.
  • 1-6 years of experience in customer support or related field.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proficient in English and one or more regional languages.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of customer service principles and practices.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and tools.
  • Good typing speed and accuracy.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
  • Positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow with the company.
  • Salary is based on qualification and experience
  • Candidate should be certified with Debt Recovery Agent. (DRA Certification)
  • Candidate should have knowledge for Collection process
  • Fluency in Malayalam and English
