Work Timing:- 24*7 with Rotational shifts. One weekly off.

Experience:- Fresher

Job Description:-

Good communication skills verbal and written

System/Transactions Monitoring

Analyzing Production issues

Raising the production issues with the concern stake holders

Co-ordinate with various stake holders for the resolution of issues

Generating Reports

Interacting with clients, customer on Calls/Emails.
