We are seeking a Customer Support Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 0-1 years of experience in customer service and possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills. The role requires the candidate to be able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and efficient manner.

Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and efficient manner
• Provide accurate and timely information to customers
• Resolve customer issues by investigating problems and finding solutions
• Maintain customer records by updating account information
• Collaborate with other teams to ensure customer satisfaction
• Meet customer service targets and goals

Skills and Qualifications:

• 0-1 years of experience in customer service
• Excellent communication skills
• Problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in MS Office and CRM software
• Bachelor's degree in any field
• Fluency in English and one or more regional languages
• Salary:- 14 k ctc to 18 k ctc
• 6 days working day Rotational off
• Additional 3000 Quaterly bonus provided
